At Pit Stop Detailers, we don't run your vehicle through harsh tunnel brushes.
We hand wash with real people, soft microfiber mitts, quality soap, and modern foam technology designed to safely lift dirt before we touch the paint.
Our hand foamer covers your vehicle in a thick layer of soap that helps loosen grime, road salt, dust, and debris. Then our Pit Crew carefully washes the vehicle by hand — getting the areas automatic washes often miss.

A few things to keep in mind before your first Pit Stop
Appointments
- —Pit Pass Express cleans are 45 min. Mega Details are approximately 2 hours. Times may be cut in half when 2 Pit Crew detailers are on-site at the same time.
- —Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- —Add-ons should be requested at least 48 hours before service.
- —Our Pit Crew are on a set schedule and must be at their next appointment on time — please direct any questions to our scheduling staff via the app, or give us a call and we'd be happy to help.
Weather
- —Bad weather doesn't have to mean no clean — we can do an interior detail in your garage, and an exterior rinseless wash depending on how dirty the vehicle is.
- —Severe weather will be rescheduled by SMS/text.
On-Site Setup
- —We will need to hook up to your hose for exterior washes. If you do not have a hose hookup available, please let us know in advance so we can bring a water tank.
- —Please park where our Pit Crew has enough room to safely work around the vehicle.
- —Pit Crew members do not enter customer homes.
Membership & Billing
- —Cancel anytime. Leave before 3 visits? Just pay back the discount difference.
- —Monthly memberships are billed automatically.
- —December–February: we can still come to you — depending on weather it may be an interior-only detail. We can also clean in your garage if that's allowed. Prefer to wait? Roll your membership dollars over toward a Mega Mega Detail in the spring.
- —Winter rollover services must be booked by May 31.
Vehicle Condition
- —Vehicles with heavy stains, pet hair, salt, odor, spills, or excessive clutter may require add-ons or a Mega Pit Detail.
