Yes — every new Pit Stop customer starts with a Mega Detail (~2 hours). This is a full deep-clean reset for your vehicle. After your Mega Detail, you maintain it with Pit Pass Express visits (45 min) at member or non-member pricing.

What is the Mega Detail and what does it include?

The Mega Detail is our full deep-clean service and required first visit for all new customers (~2 hours). Interior Only starts at $199; Interior + Exterior starts at $249 for compact/sedan.

What happens after my Mega Detail?

After your Mega Detail, maintain your vehicle with Pit Pass Express visits (45 min). Join the Clean Car Club for member pricing on every Express visit and future Mega Details.

What is Pit Pass Express?

Pit Pass Express is our 45-minute maintenance clean available after your initial Mega Detail. Member pricing starts at $69 (interior only, compact). Non-member pricing is higher.

How do I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

No contracts — cancel anytime. If you cancel before completing 3 visits, you pay back the discount difference between your member rate and the standard non-member rate for visits received.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment by calling us or using the contact form.

Question 7

What happens if there's extreme weather?

We reschedule for free. Our Pit Crew will reach out by SMS/text to reschedule at no charge if conditions aren't safe.

Question 8

Does Pit Stop need water and electricity at my location?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our mobile setup requires access to a water/hose hookup and a standard power outlet at your location.
