Terms of Service

Pit Stop Detailers provides mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to, Pit Pass Express details, Mega Pit Details, Clean Car Club memberships, and add-on services. All services are performed at a location of your choosing within our service area.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle at our sole discretion, including but not limited to vehicles with conditions that pose a safety risk to our staff or that are beyond the scope of our standard services.

All appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Pit Stop Detailers. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive confirmation from us.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible and that adequate space is available for our crew to work around it at the time of your appointment. If we are unable to access or service your vehicle upon arrival due to circumstances within your control, a cancellation fee may apply.

We may need access to water and/or electrical power at the service location. Please notify us in advance if these are unavailable.

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and any add-on services requested. Pricing for oversized vehicles and Sprinter vans is provided by quote.

An "Extra Dirty Vehicle Fee" of $25–$50 or more may be applied at our discretion for vehicles requiring significantly more time or product than standard.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment through our booking platform (Jobber). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for services rendered.

Travel fees may apply for service locations outside our primary service area (Eau Claire, Altoona, and Chippewa Falls, WI). Travel fees will always be disclosed and approved before your appointment is scheduled.

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to severe weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.

The Clean Car Club is a recurring membership program. By enrolling, you authorize Pit Stop Detailers to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected membership plan.

• Memberships may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee, provided you have completed at least 3 visits under your membership.
• If you cancel before completing 3 visits, you agree to pay back the difference between the discounted membership price and the standard single-visit price for each visit already received.
• Membership visits may be applied across 2–3 family vehicles as outlined in your membership plan.
• Unused visits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified.
• Referral credits ($20 per referred member) and Google Review credits ($5) are applied to your account and may reduce your monthly membership cost by up to 50%. Credits roll over month to month.
• We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' written notice to active members.

Our Give $20 Get $20 referral program allows current members to earn account credits when they refer new Clean Car Club members. Credits are applied once the referred member completes their first paid visit.

Referral credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Fundraising partnerships are subject to a separate agreement between Pit Stop Detailers and the participating organization. Donation percentages (20% during the fundraiser month, 10% ongoing) apply only to Clean Car Club membership payments from members who designate the organization at signup using the organization's referral link or code.

Pit Stop Detailers reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate fundraising partnerships at its sole discretion.

Add-on services must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We cannot guarantee the availability of add-on services for same-day or last-minute requests.

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to have the vehicle serviced. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and items of importance from your vehicle prior to service. Pit Stop Detailers is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle.

We take great care with every vehicle. However, pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, or fragile components may be affected by the detailing process. We are not liable for damage to vehicles with pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed prior to service.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can make it right. We will work with you to address any concerns at no additional charge.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pit Stop Detailers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pit Stop Detailers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Eau Claire County, Wisconsin.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
